If you wish to donate additional money to Cooks Creek Watershed Association to assure our work continues, there are several urgently needed designations you could choose from to be sure your donation is used as you desire.
If PennEast Pipeline has their way, they will install a 36″ pipeline to travel south from Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton and Bucks counties in Pennsylvania and will supposedly cross under the Delaware River to be tied into Hunterdon and Mercer counties in New Jersey. The pipeline cuts right through the Cooks Creek headwaters area in Durham Township in Pennsylvania.
Cooks Creek Watershed Association is collaborating with the Durham Concerned Citizens Against the Pipeline to to stop their actions in our watershed, which includes advertising, education and strategy. If you wish to donate to this fund, please indicate by choosing CCWA-DurhamCCAP below.
There is also the Cooks Creek Legal Defense Fund which includes funding for only our legal representation or anything that constitutes legal actions of any kind. You may donate by indicating CCWA-LDF below.
